In my specialties of Residential, Commercial and Income property I find my skills of negotiation, attention to contract detail and property analysis have served me well. As an experienced agent I try to give back by teaching classes to new agents and searving in a leadership capacity within my agency. As a member of my agency's Agent Leadership Coucil and Chairman of the Technology Committee I work to help other agents develop the essential skills and talents they'll need to compete in this new digital market.

In the past I worked as a professional photographer specializing in portraiture; specifically headshots for actors and modeling portfolio shots. This progressed into developing my skills as an architectural photographer and then learning to create virtual tours. I find my experience in this visual medium has developed my eye for staging as well as being an advantage for photographing property.

My experience also includes being the co-owner of a technology company. The skills I developed during this time include website design, print layout design, various internet technologies and general computer knowledge. I find these skills are also uniquely applicable to my current work.
